The project of full renovation, restoration and extension covers two theatres and uses some parts of the existing façade as a new proposal for the new extension. The main theatre hall takes on the shape of an big italian style theatre which is provided with a full equipment. The foyer is located between the two theatres becoming the new centre of the building. The dialogue between architecture and the functional uses of the historic architecture is a manifestation volumetric covers theatre. The facades are preserved and new volumes and spaces in the building are introduced. The main objective of the project is maintain the volume of the original cover body façade, to preserve the appearance of the building modernist. Theatre is rebuilt with concrete structure, the exterior walls and the stage area with climbing formwork are made, which allow concrete walls of a high rise quickly without high-rise scaffolding and a stage box is built to house all the mechanical systems necessary for performing a modern theatre.
