本行政大楼案，预计建设在一个模块化的，灵活的空间内，进行修改和重新发布。本建设项目并考虑到生物气候问题的情况。 建筑团队的主要目标之一已经实现高能源效率和可持续性的标准，目前已在整体设计与提供的块为基础，以L字体呈现。其建筑设计使用的实际状况下，主要是以原有形状独特为基础。 实现建筑与一个角的形状依稀让人联想到“飞去来器”（boomerang），同时创造一个空间分隔的两座建筑物，也可作为通往相邻建筑的公共服务，并在对比体积比，结合和分离等原素中建立建筑对话。
